According to world leading experts on language acquisition theory, the best time to acquire a second language is from age two through 12. For this reason, the Hainan YuDa Foreign Language Academy specializes in young learner education. Our young learner classes are based on proven teaching methods and techniques derived from second language acquisition theory and the field of psycholinguistics: We expose children to the English language in an environment that is fun and relaxed and that enhances both their attitude and aptitude. Our teachers are trained to immerse the young students in an English language environment in a meaningful way, so that they can actually use what they learn on a day-to-day basis.
All students in the young learner program receive one and a half hours of classroom instruction from our Chinese English teachers and an additional hour of training from our foreign faculty per week, to allow them to improve their pronunciation and to provide them with an opportunity to actually communicate in English with a professional foreign educator. - Entry Level:
These classes are intended for children who have not, as of yet, been exposed to the English language. These classes are primarily activity-based and are designed to make learning fun.
- Mid Level:
The mid-range classes are intended for children who have some basic familiarity with the English language but need to increase their vocabulary and work on sentence construction in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
- Advanced Level : The advanced classes are intended to build upon the young learner's use of vocabulary and grammar in an engaging and fun environment.
